Sunday, October 21st, we will be holding a very important Annual Meeting. Your vote is needed to discuss an important issue regarding rental properties purchased by investment companies, with the sole purpose of renting properties.
Your vote can be submitted using the attached ballot or by attending our Annual Meeting.

March 31: Due Date. Annual Association Fee is due.
Enforcement for Delinquent Assessments:
Day 16 – Late Date. In accordance with the Declaration at Article IV, Section 4.08, the annual assessment fee shall be due and payable on the date established by the Board, and any assessment that is not paid within fifteen (15) days of the Due Date may incur a Late Fee in the amount of the greater of Five Dollars ($5.00) or ten percent (10%) of the amount of each assessment.
