Butler Springs Homeowners Association is served by many of your fellow homeowners. The following committees have been organized to help create a neighborhood we can all be proud to call home.
Architectural Control
The main purpose of the ACC committee is to preserve the aesthetic value and appearance of the Butler Springs Subdivision.

Pool Committee
The Pool Committee is responsible for the management and upkeep of the pool.
- Please note, prior approval is required for pool parties. Available hours are Saturday and Sunday from 10am-12pm or 2pm-4pm and weekdays for any 2 hour block. Please seek approval 2 weeks in advance of your party.
- Please contact our Chairperson, Mary Anne, for prior approval.
- All homeowners who are current on their HOA dues will have access to the pool.
- Homeowners are reminded you must be present when inviting guests to the pool area and are permitted up to 4 guests.
- Please be aware there is no lifeguard at the pool.
- No smoking and no glass containers are allowed inside the fenced area.
Please remember our Pool Hours are 9:00am to 9:00pm
If your card does not work or if you are in need of a replacement card, please contact Pool Committee Chairperson.
If you are in need of a replacement pool card ($25 Fee Applies).

Landscape Committee
The Landscape Committee’s responsibility is to enhance and improve the entrance, common, recreational, and pool areas in concert with the goals of the Architectural Control and Pool Committees. Consistently maintain the above areas in an attractive and current basis reflecting the pride of Butler Springs’ residents.
Negotiate, coordinate and contract (according to BSHOA Board approval and liability insurance requirements) with the following: Landscape Contractor (all entrances and common areas); Electrical Contractor (entrance lighting) and Irrigation Contractor (entrance irrigation).

Community Connect Committee
The Community Connect Committee’s sole purpose is to keep up with the happenings of our Homeowners. Of course, we can not do this without you. Send us your information and keep us informed.
